About Mark Chagaris
Mark Chagaris is currently the VP of Operations for 120VC, a project management services company. Prior to joining 120VC, he was the Vice President of Culture Management and Communications for Countywide IT. During his career he has managed large service organizations, consulted to Fortune 500 IT Executives, and frequently engaged in his passion – sharing soft skills secrets with IT professionals. Mark is a firm believer that soft skills are learned behaviors (for the many of us not born with that chromosome) and technology professionals are the best and brightest at learning and applying new things.
